CSV export for Registration not working

I am going to Registrations under “Event Espresso” and going to export the registrations for the month of October, 2018 but nothing happen. It is taking too much time of loading and ultimately showing a 524 time out error. Please help.

Hi,

Here’s some information about the 524 error:

With that in mind, maybe you can break that report up into smaller reports, for example filter the report to include registrations for a specific event, then so on.

Thanks for that. I checked link you sent, this seems to be the issue- Migrate long-running processes
If you regularly run HTTP requests that take over 100 seconds to complete (for example large data exports), consider moving those long-running processes to a subdomain that is not proxied by Cloudflare. That subdomain would have the orange cloud icon toggled to grey in the Cloudflare DNS Settings. Note that you cannot use a Page Rule to circumvent Error 524.

However, I would not be able to migrate the CSV report process to a subdomain.

We really need to generate monthly reports, is there any way to resolve, we have increased all PHP resources, but still not working.

Hi Pat,

If you run a registration report for one event only, do you get the same error, or no error?
