CSV Export Doesn't Work

Now using: Version 4.7.7.p

I disabled all plugins and still am getting a similar display to the above thread.

Hi Costmo, there were some special characters appearing in your prior response. What language are you using on your site?

Hi Costmo, that won’t be necessary as we’ve seen this in the past and it is usually another plugin interfering.

Could you try these steps and if it doesn’t work, then we’ll ask for a temporary login privately.

1) Deactivate and remove Event Espresso

2) Download the latest copy (zip file) from your account page and then upload and activate through WP plugins within your WP dashboard.

3) Deactivate all other plugins and briefly switch to a default WP theme (e.g. twenty twelve or twenty fourteen)

Does the problem still occur?

If not, could you restore your site a few changes at a time and try again?
