Critical error when publishing an event

I’ve been through updating plugins, deactivating all plugins except EE, changing theme etc, but I still get a critical error when I go to publish the event. It publishes the vent, but this is obviously this causes our client that uses the site concern.

I can provide access to the site if required.

Please help as I’ve tried everything I know to try and resolve this issue.
