We’re using Authorize.net to handle our CC payments. If I initiate a refund for an event through EE (currently version 4.7.9), will that process an actual CC refund via Authorize.net?
In Event Espresso 4, all refunds are a two step process. You would need to first login to your merchant account and process the refund. Then login to your WP dashboard and go to Event Espresso –> Transactions. Then click on the transaction.
You’ll now be viewing the transaction details page. Click on the refund button about midway on the page, then enter the amount along with any details and then save changes.
