Create ticket issue

Hi,

When I add a new event and try to create new ticket prices, it is not working. Every time I complete it all and save it refreshes and the tickets created are no longer there. Please help!

Hi Rebecca,

I see that you are on the current software at 4.8.29 (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/).

This may be a plugin conflict.

Could you login to your WP dashboard and then go to Plugins. Then temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso 4.

From here, go to the event editor for a new or existing event and try to make some changes and save. If it works, then go back to the plugins screen and try reactivating a few plugins at a time. Then re-test the event editor again.

Repeat the steps above until you have found the source of the conflict or until your site is restored.

Also, who is your web host (hosting provider)?

Hi, I only upgraded when I couldn’t get the tickets to work. I tried what you suggested and it didn’t do anything.

I am with Webolution in terms of hosting.

Have you tried it with the default WordPress activated? That’s a good thing to check if you haven’t.

It may also help to update the site so it’s on the current version of WordPress.

I have updated and still no joy. It will not allow me to post more than one ticket price

When I reactivated event espresso it sent emails to all previous registrants and to us as if they had just registered for an event! not good!

That sounds like a mailserver issue. You can route the email around the mailserver by using a service like PostMarkapp or Mandrill.
