Continuing problem with special characters in Ticket Selector notes

This problem has not been fixed, and it’s a source of great frustration to us and a severe issue with our front end communication with our customers. The problem extends to other areas of EE as well; today I’m finding that if I edit a category description, where I used to be able to use rich text, the HTML gets stripped out as soon as I save. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi there,

Can you please update to the latest version available (currently 4.10.41.p) and see if you have the same issue then?

If you don’t see the above update available on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save to force an update check.

Thanks for your reply. I updated to Version 4.10.41.p, and I’m still having the same problem.

In exactly the same locations?

Can you add a couple of screenshots, please? I can’t reproduce

Okay, actually I think the problem is fixed in the Ticket Selector. But I’m still having the in the Event Category Description; I can add HTML but it gets stripped out when I save.

(I can send you screenshots but I can’t link to them because I have nowhere to host them right now.)
