Hi,

Im considering EE for my website but im kind of confuse what i really need to buy.. So this is what i need in my site:

A person can select one or more events or classes at the same time, register and my pay for them.

I also need discounts, for example if they buy more than one events a discount on the second event… or if they register more than one person in a event a discount if they are 2 or more people..

I need them to register and gather specific info so i will need custom forms..I need it to be mobile responsive..

SO EE has all of these features? Which of your versions can help me with this?
Can you offer support to set all these?

Please i need this ASAP.. Thanks for the help that you could bring!

🙂

Hi,

Hopefully I can clear up your confusion.

The version that will suit you currently would be EE3 – it has multiple event registration (addon) and volume discounts (add on).

The only thing that isn’t possible is discounts by events. The Volume Discount addon, allows for discounts by number of registrants and total monetary value.

The core EE plugin allows for custom questions.

The most suitable licence would be the Business licence, though you could also get the Personal Licence and purchase the Multiple Event Registration addon separately.

“Can you offer support to set all these?”

We offer a basic installation package, which can be purchased when you buy a licence. This will cover installation and basic set up.

Thanks for the answer…

So i was trying your demo.. i had a waiver in my questions that its very long i don’t know if you can see it here http://testdrive.eventespresso.com/?ee=10295 but it’s gonna look like that??

And in the volume discounts how i assign to which event is the discount? by the categories? when i try to set up that i got this weird message: Cheatin’ uh?

Hi Nelly, the width of the registration form fields can be increased or decreased by using a line or two of CSS.

The volume discount add-on works by checking for a certain threshold against a specific event category.

Hi Nelly, you can actually ask about it in our support forums (https://eventespresso.com/support/forums/) and we’ll share that line of CSS with you.

The social media buttons are from an add-on. It isn’t required to use Event Espresso.

Hi Nelly, you can apply taxes by using the surcharge option which is available in the event editor.
