Connecting EE Mobile App for Attendee Check-In

One of my clients is trying to login to the EE mobile app to check in attendees at her event.

this is their event website: http://metrolifechurch.com/events/womanityroyal/

I read that they need to connect the app to their website here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/mobile-apps/
Where do i find this on my account and how do i get them up and running on the mobile up?

Hi Andre,

Currently the mobile apps only work with EE3. For EE4, there’s a barcode scanner add-on for tickets. There’s more information about scanning for tickets in Event Espresso in our documentation:

We are running EE4, so we should be fine as far as that is concerned.

However, their event does not have tickets/bar codes to scan. They just want to manually check in attendees with the mobile app using their iPad. How do they set that up?

They would not be able to use the mobile app, because the mobile app is only for EE3.

That said, they can use their iPad to browse to the Event Espresso > Registrations > Check-in tab and use that to check in attendees.
