When you fill out a form – – on the Verify registration page, there is an option next to your email to “edit”. When you click on that and edit your email or other fields and submit, you get a message saying your information has been updated – however, you don’t get any email that registration is successful and even the information is not been save in Mailchimp. My guess is you don’t get added to the list, either. I don’t know how to check this. OR what really happen when i update the record. Thought i would go back to the confirmation page after updating a record then hit submit after it.

Just a note. Auto-responding email is been set in General Email manager and its been set also that info will go to mailchimp once successfully registered.

May I ask which version of Event Espresso you have running on your site so we can look into this?

Hi Jim,

Can you go to Event Espresso > General Settings and check where it has the Email Settings, and look for the Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received? setting? Is that set to Yes or No.

With the MailChimp list, usually you can log into your MailChimp account and verify that the email address for the registration has been added to the email newsletter list.
