I don’t see the following message in the list of Default Message Templates:

Hello, Susan:

Here’s a copy of your registration details!…

How can I customise/translate this standard message?

Hi there,

That’s the ‘Registration Approved’ message template and then the ‘Registrant’ context within that template.

To edit that go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Registration Approved -> Registrant – http://take.ms/0rxPo

For more info on working with message contexts see:

Sorry, but that’s not correct. The ‘Registration Approved’ message template looks like this:
To *: [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]
From *: [CO_EMAIL]
Subject *: Event Registration Details

But the message I’m referring to is addressed to the attendee and has the Subject: Your Event Registration Details

Where can I find this template to customise it?

It is correct.

Please re-read my above reply as it shows you how to open the correct context, the above template you have referenced in your reply is the Registration Approved template, but you are looking at the Event Admin ‘context’.

Each message template can have multiple contexts in which it used.

So a Registration Approved message template can send a message to the Event Admin (the Event Admin context) a Registrant (the Registrant context) and the Primary Registrant (Primary Registrant context), each of the contexts can be edited independently within a single template.

OK. Sorry. I didn’t understand about the different contexts. I’ll see if I can do what I want.
