Conditional event registration

Do any of the licensed versions support the ability to do conditional event registration? Such as, “you can only sign up for break out sessions if you’ve registered for the main event?”

This scenario would also apply during a multi-event registration, in so much that certain events can only be registered for in conjunction with registering for a “main” event.
