Conditional Confirmation Message and option donation field

We are looking to use EE for an annual event. The attendee can buy a variety of tickets and also have the option to check if they want to make an additional donation in the memory of someone.

If they checkout just buying tickets they would get our general confirmation message. If they buy a ticket and give a donation in the memory of someone, they will get the information in the general confirmation message but also some information for the donation and tax deduction details. Is it possible to do this?
