I have cleared all registrations in EE4. There are none, however some tickets still have a number for registrations and it will not allow me to delete it.

How would I fully make EE purge all registrations and delete the clutter tix? Thanks!

Hello,

When a registration is deleted, it is first moved to the trash. You would need to go to the trash on the registrations overview page and remove the registrations. This will permanently delete them.

I have deleted and emptied the trash of all registrations and transactions and yet the tickets are still locked and un-editable. See link below:

Those are archived tickets. An archived ticket is created when you modify an existing ticket after a registration has already taken place.

Okay, to reduce confusion and clutter, I would like to remove all these archived unused tickets that were used for testing. How would I go about that?

Hi,

Ticket information is stored in the dbprefix_esp_ticket table.

You can use a tool like Adminer (WordPress plugin) or PHPMyAdmin to browse to the database table above.

Then you can place a checkmark next to the ticket and delete:

Be sure to backup your WordPress before making any changes to the database directly.
