Hi mpurse,

To ‘clean up’ old events, the only option you have it to delete them as we don’t have an archive feature.

If you also want to remove the registrations for the event you’ll need to do that manually (deleting the event will not remove the registrations for that event).

As it stands if a registration has a payment object assigned to it, you need to first manually edit the transaction and delete the payment object, meaning you click to edit the registration’s transaction and click the trash icon next to any payments within the transaction, then remove the registrations.

We don’t currently have a method to mass delete registrations without first removing the payment in the transaction.
