Hi,
We are experiencing an issue where total price slightly changes between the ticket selector and the checkout page.
Example:

Tickets affected: the two with (+1 online license)
Back-end settings:

In the ticket selector it shows the correct price:
€3,334.28
but if one tries to proceed to checkout, the price shown is:
€3,328.50
I’ve made the calculation and this seems to be the issue: in the checkout page, the 2nd surcharge (2.2% credit card fee) is not being applied to the €210 item (“online full access”), thus causing a difference in price of €5.78. In the ticket selector and back end, instead, it is applied and thus the final price is correct.

Can you give more information of your site? Tell us your PHP, EE and WP version?
Can you also take screenshot of the setting in your Price type.

I guess that, being “surcharge” order 20 and “online full access” order 30, I would need to put online full access with 19 or lower for it to work properly in the checkout?
[but then does that mean that the ticket selector instead does not use the Price Type order correctly and instead calculates them simply based on the order in which they’re set in the back end?]

Hi Rio,
I’ve tried to change the order of the online full access price type, but the result does not seem to have changed.
I see that I sent you the incomplete url before, here’s the correct one of a page where the issue happens:

So if you select the 2nd ticket, the one with “(+1 online license)”, it shows €3,334.28 (correct) but when moving to the checkout it still shows €3,328.50.

I may ask again for screenshot of your ticket setup, but i guess it will take much time with back and forth. May i ask that you filled this form so i can review it.
