Checkbox to confirm my terms

Hi there, my english is very bad, but I hope you still understand what I want to do.

Before the final confirmation of my events, I need a checkbox next to a link to confirm my terms. Where and how can I integrate both? I use the latest version of Event Espresso 3. Thank you so much for your answer.
