Hello. Some time ago we paid for the development of the Chase Payment Orbital plugin to process payments.
We are now experiencing an issue where the Chase payment method keeps being turned off automatically by the Event Espresso plugin.
We get this message periodically (almost every day) at the top of the page:
We have to go into the payment methods area and click on the button to enable the payment method again. The settings seem to stick around, but for some reason, EE thinks that the Chase plugin is being disabled.
Can you please assist?
Is the Chase Payment method the only one you have active?
The reason I ask is the message above is from the payment methods, it’s from Event Espresso core so I’d be surprised if this was from the payment method itself.
When the payment method de-activate, is it randomly or around a specific time? I’m wondering if there is a scheduled task on your site that is running and causing an issue within core somehow when it checks the payment methods.
