Chase Certification – not returning two letter country or state codes to chase

Chase indicates that they need two letter codes for country and state/province instead of full names I guess.
1)how to change that?
2)also, how to change default country in credit card field…
3)while we’re at it, the Chase card form is not stable – going back and forth between Authorize.net and Chase on the front end, it flips between two different forms – only one works. (the other one looks exactly the same as Authorize.net

where is this at? also a failover error – Chase needs to have your software use a different Chase URL in a testing mode.
