Changing "State" to "Province" in EE3

Hi there,

I’m creating a site for Canadian customers, and would like to change all instances of “State” and “Zip Code” to “Province” and “Postal Code” in the registration forms. Is there a way to do that? I’v set the Organization Country to “Canada” in the general settings, but that doesn’t seem to change the terminology on the frontend.

Those are part of the registration form and the labels for those are set through Event Espresso –> Questions:

You could click on each and then update the messaging and save changes.
