Is there a way to change what email address the registration emails are being sent from? I don’t see the address they are being sent from anywhere in my settings, but I would like it to be a company address. Thanks!

Hi Olivia,

Event Espresso will use the email address set within the ‘Primary contact email’ filed in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Organization Settings.

If your emails are currently from ‘WordPress’ then within the same page look for ‘Email Settings’ and then set the option ‘Use fancy headers’ to Yes. Then save the settings.

Thank you. The emails are not coming from the address listed there, but from a BlueHost address. I tried switching to “yes” for fancy headers and it still did not change. Is this a problem that needs to be resolved with bluehost?

Hi Olivia,

A generic mailbox is sometimes used on various hosting platforms.

You can change the email that is used by using Postmark or Mandrill. Both are email delivery services. This link has more information and Mandrill has a free tier to get started:
