Changing Date / Time / Cancelling Event

Hello. Pre-purchase question: I’m working on a website for a non-profit group that hosts free trainings / events. Sometimes the event time or date change (ie: from 9am to 12pm) or are cancelled. Is there a way to update this in the system if people are already registered and if so, can those already registered be notified via email?

Hi Malcoke, there isn’t an option to automatically reassign those attendees. However, there is a batch email option that could be used to send out a custom notification to let attendees/registrants know that an event has been canceled or rescheduled.
