We are running WP 4.2 and EE 4.6.29.p. We have someone who has registered for our event as a vendor and somehow they entered an incorrect name for their organization. They have already paid for their registration. Is there a way to change the Agency/Organization Name?

Hi, any information for an existing registration can be edited by an event admin through WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Registrations. Then click on the specific registration.
If this is a custom question, then you can scroll down and edit the registration and then save changes.

I logged in to word press as admin and went to registrations. I clicked on the person’s name. Under Registration details, I can see a section called “Registration Form Answers”, which shows the field: Agency / Organization Name but does not allow me to edit it. If I look to the right, there is a button that says “View/Edit Contact”, but that only allows me to change the person’s name, not the Organization name.

Hi Sue,
So the ‘Agency / Organization Name’ is a custom question you have created?
If so it should show within the registration here: http://take.ms/CdTts
To edit that you need to click ‘edit the above question group’ link – http://take.ms/86BnF
