Changes needed to registration details greyed out & ticket transfer question

I have 2 issues to try to tackle:
1. If one person purchases two tickets then both tickets go in their name, how can we edit this so the ticket holder details are correct and they can access their account?
2. We have ticket holders from 2020 that transferred to this year who cannot access their ticket. How do we do this on the site? They do not need to pay again but do need their previous purchase to appear on the site.

Hi there,

We’ll need more details on each of these issues to be able to help.

Starting with:

1. If one person purchases two tickets then both tickets go in their name, how can we edit this so the ticket holder details are correct and they can access their account?

If you only request questions for the primary registrant, then yes both of this tickets will be assigned to that primary registrant.

So you are wanting the second ticket from that group to be assigned to another registrant? If so has that person registered for an event previously?

2. We have ticket holders from 2020 that transferred to this year who cannot access their ticket. How do we do this on the site? They do not need to pay again but do need their previous purchase to appear on the site.

I’m assuming you use the attendee mover add-on to transfer these tickets? If not, how exactly did you transfer them over?

When you say ‘appear on the site’, where on the site? I’m guessing the ‘My Events’ section using the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode?
