My domain name used to be listed as one thing and then I changed it to a more permanent name. Since then, I have renewed my EE premium account. However, the site is not being recognized as being a valid premium site because EE still thinks it’s the old domain. When I go to reset the key, it asks me to pay $10. I just paid to renew my access, why am I having to pay again just to update the domain name?
Hi there, The $10 fee is asked for to prevent automated multiple site use of the same support license. We typically waive the fee. I’ve reset the key for your account.
