Change to custom meta only affects new events

Is it possible to have changes to custom meta fields affect exiting events, not just new ones? We’ve modified the function ee_default_event_meta() in /includes/admin-files/functions.php to add additional meta fields, but only see the changes when we add a new event.

Hi Erik,

While it’s possible to remove the check for existing event meta, I advise taking precautions with this one because if you remove the check, when an existing event is opened up to edit, it will delete any custom meta fields that were added to existing events and replace with the new custom meta fields.
