We sell two types of event tickets, members and non-members, for which the price varies. If someone books as a member can we change their booking to be a non-member booking or does the booking need to be remade?
You can not change the ticket within a registration once the registration has been made, that includes adding additional surchages to the registration.
So you would need to create a new registration using the correct ticket, you can do this yourself within the admin if you prefer not to requests the users re-enters the details.
Maybe the question should have asked is how to I create a new registration in the dashboard? I had looked and looked but couldn’t find where so assumed there was no way.
