I need to make sure I’ve entered the proper string for changing the string of text “Not Approved” to “Pending Approval”. Can you check this screenshot?

Hi Laura,
That looks OK to me. You might also want to add one more translation for a related string:
'Registration Not Approved' => 'Registration Pending Approval',

Along with the above, you will also need 'not approved' => 'pending approval',

No, you don’t, its actually a different string.
You have:
'Not approved' => 'Pending approval',
The string I added is:
'not approved' => 'pending approval',
For translation, case matters and both upper and lower case strings are used so you need both.
