Getting your head around how to get any control is a bit daunting with this plugin.
I have the event phone number as the title, followed by the event summary showing up first, and in full! Excerpt don’t seem to work. Then the ticket booking and the actual event date and time at the very bottom of the page.
How can I change the order?

Hi Chris,
That doesn’t sound right, can you link us to a page we can view this on please?
The events are now a Custom Post Type and as such are ‘themed’ in a similar fasion to any post.

Hi Tony the website is down in maintenance mode because of the events being all over the place (I swapped from Event manager PRO) Attached is an image. Alternatively I can send you login details if you let me know where to.

In the link https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ there is no SEND button how on earth are you meant to send the form????

In order for the Submit button to appear you must select a member of staff the login details are for (top of the form) & verify the log-in details work (Yes/No dropdown at the bottom of the page).
One those options have been set the Submit button will appear.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for send the image/details, most of the issues shown within the the image can be fixed using CSS however others would require customisations to the templates in use.
I have created a ticket with the feedback you gave for the developers to consider.
Excerpt don’t seem to work
We have an open ticket regarding this issue which should be resolved soon.
How can I change the order?
