Change default payment country and states

It is possible to set payment status by default to the United Kingdom instead of USA?
Users are also prompted when paying using credit card for county and a list of American states appear. It would be helpful to remove them too as it is purely a website dealing with UK based customers.

Hi BG,

You can go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Countries then Select
United States. Then on the United States page you set
Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists to No
then you click on the
Save States/Provinces button

Then you select United Kingdom and set
Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists to Yes
then you click on the
Save States/Provinces button
