When an author creates an event they are correctly e-mailed when delegates register for their event, however, I would also like to CC or BCC all such e-mails to the default e-mail address. Is this possible?

Yes, you can.
You’ll need to edit each message type within Event Espresso -> Messages and add the additional email address (or the [CO_EMAIL] shortcode) to each messages ‘TO’ field separated by a comma.
