I am unclear how to make the Category Colors I assigned in the settings to come up on the Calendar or the Event List.

Why does this need to be coded or done through CSS… and where can I find the documentation?

The link inside the Dashboard for this exact question takes me to a 404 page not found.

Category Colors (premium version only):
Event Categories can have their own colors on the calendar. To use this feature, simply create a class in theme CSS file with the names of your event categories. For more information please visit the tutorial for this topic.

Hi, turn this setting on in the calendar settings:

Then go to Event Espresso –> Categories. Click on a specific event category, pick a color via the color picker and save changes:
