i’m not getting it but a couple of other people are. when they add an event to their cart the pop up window is all the way at the bottom and people can’t see it to proceed. (we’re using multiple event registration plugin)
thoughts?

Hi there,
I checked the site linked to your license and it the multi-event registration add-on doesn’t appear to be active any more, can you re-enabled it so I can take a look?
Or if you can include a link to an event I view this on I’ll take a look there.

it’s on, but i can only leave it on for a few since it’s preventing people from registering

Hi,
This looks like there’s some conflicting CSS in the theme. It should be a simple fix to add the following to your custom CSS editor:
#cart-results-modal-wrap-dv{
top: 50% !important;
transform: translateY(-50%);
}
If you’re unsure where to add the above, most sites provide an Additional CSS page in Appearance > Customize.

One reason why it could work for some and not others is the size of the viewport. For example on a desktop with the browser using the full screen size, you would see pop up window. On smaller windows (or screens) the pop up window could be so far off center it wouldn’t be visible.
The above CSS adds some extra insurance that the modal will be centered on any sized screen.
