Cart Button Error

I have been contacted by someone who is trying to register for an event but is receiving this message where the Cart button should be:

Attention
We’re sorry. Either an error occurred or the event(s) you were attempting to register for may no longer be open for registration.

The event is open for registration – I have no problems registering myself and about 32 people have registered over the last couple weeks.

Please can you help?

Could you please share a link to your site so I can check into this?

Also, do you know what web browser they were using?
