Can't upload logo in EE General Settings

Using EE 4.8.19.p on WordPress 4.3.1 I’m trying to upload a logo file in General Settings > Your Organization > Company Logo. I’ve tried various formats of image file. I’ve also tried looking at other forum posts on this topic for solutions, but haven’t found one. I still have the same problem, that I click the “Upload Image” button, browse the image, open it, click “Insert into Post” and then, after the image popup window closes, the file is not listed. The logo window remains blank. How can I fix it? Thanks.

Hi Jennifer,

There may be another plugin or a theme function that’s conflicting with the WP Media uploader.

This might work for you though: You go to WP > Media > Add new and upload your image there, then click on it. Then you copy the URL from the URL field, and paste that URL into the Company Logo field, the Save the General Settings page.
