Hi!
Yesterday i wanted to update my wp-user add on, however the system told me that my license key was expired/invalid. So i asked for a reset of the key.
I just followed the steps of the reset:
– Delete old key and press save
– insert new key and press save
Now i went back to plugins to update, however it is still showing the same message:(
It says:”A new version of Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) is available. View What’s New with version 2.0.11.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
Don’t know what is going wrong and why the system does not recognize my key, hope you can help:)

Hello,
Please try re-saving the support license key again through the general settings page for Event Espresso 4.
Are you seeing that notice for any other add-ons?

Hi Lorenzo,
Thank you for your message, i saw you changed my subscription to expired and then to updated and resetted the key again.
I just tried again and now the key seems to work again so all good:)
Wp-users was the only add on that needed an update so had the only one with a message with it. Now the message is gone and i can proceed to update:)
