Can't see site license key when I log in to eventespresso and can't download

I purchased the 5 Site license yesterday, then it asked me to create an account and I did. Received confirmation of the order and the password. When I log in, there is no site key available – it is blank and when I try to download it constantly redirects me back to the account page. I emailed you about this and sent a screenshot. Please help. I need to get this set up for a client. Thank you!

I’m sorry for the trouble. I have corrected your account. You should now see the license key and files available for download.
