Hi, I have the EE4 everything licence installed on https://www.mipstick.com/ and everything is up to date.
I can’t see the Mailchimp add-on submenu anymore although it’s installed correctly.
When I click “settings” on this plugin, it states “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” although I’m the designer of the website and therefore an admin.
However, I recently, by mistake, reset all roles through “user role editor” and have managed to create a new admin role but since then, although all permissions are checked, I can’t see the Mailchimp add-on anymore.
You can go to the User Role Editor page, then add the following capability: administrator. Then your new admin role will be able to access the MailChimp add-on settings page.
You didn’t even have to help me as it was more of a “user role editor” issue, yet, your suggestion worked perfectly.
Thank you so much and here’s another reason why we, at Creative Elements Consulting Inc. (http://www.creative-elements.ca/), recommend Event Espresso to all our clients!
Thank you! If you have a moment, another way you can recommend Event Espresso is by leaving a review of Event Espresso on wordpress.org. Reviews help other WordPress users to find Event Espresso and are very much appreciated.
