Can't register for second or third reoccurring event

We had a reoccurring event, “Couples Cooking Class.” However, after the first class, the following classes wouldn’t allow registration. Thought the attendee limit might have been for all three events, so I doubled it to see if it would allow more people to register for the second event, but it didn’t.

Hi there,

I’ll follow up with each of your questions from the support token form:

1. When an event is full, or sold out, the “Register” button still remains. Although there is an option in EE to “display the registration form,” the register button still appears. We need an option to totally remove the registration button when an event doesn’t require RSVP, and we need it to automatically go away when an event is full.

2. Some events automatically charge $2,000,000 for events plus the actual cost. When you go through to Paypal, it shows the correct amount, but it throws clients off.

I checked and I can see that your site is running Event Espresso 3.1.34. The current version of Event Espresso (3.1.36.4) includes a few fixes that involve the add to cart link, which appear to be causing issues 1&2 on your site. Can you try updating Event Espresso and its add-ons? The update guide can be followed here:

I checked on this and it turns out that the registration start date for this event series was set to an a future date after the event is scheduled. I changed the registration start and end dates and it is now open for registration.
