Can't find the "plug-in" in the WordPress Dashboard

Hi, newly get the business license of EventEspresso.
Unfortunately, I spent whole night to install the eventexpresso, but not success.
I created the WordPress account, but I still cannot find the WordPress Dashboard.
What can I do to start my Eventespresso and the booking system ???
It seems that it is still a long way to go… very frustrated. >.<

Plz help, THX!!!
