Can't delete ticket options

On my “Edit Event” tab, I see one ticket option

On the preview of the page, it shows three ticket options, including two that I had drafted then deleted.

I only want one ticket option. How do I get rid of these other two? They do not show up on the “Edit Event” tab, and I don’t see any other way to access them. Should I just create a new event and not make any mistakes with the tickets, or is there some way I can see all tickets created?

Thank you!
Scott

Hi Scott,

Has the event been published?

Are you just refreshing the original preview in a separate tab? If so, click on the preview button again on your event.

Hi,
Yes, I’ve refreshed. In fact, this morning I’m on an entirely different computer, and it still shows the deleted tickets.

The event has not been published–I want it to be correct in draft form first.

Hi,

After removing the ticket you’ll also need to click on the Save Draft button.

As an aside, your website has the decaf version of Event Espresso 4. You can upgrade to the full version that’s included with your support license. You go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, then click Save. Then you follow the prompts to upgrade to the caffeinated version.

Hi,
Yes, I’ve hit save draft a bunch. To be very clear, I did the draft last night at home, and was puzzled why deleted tickets appear on the page. Figured I was just too tired and would deal with it today at work.

Now, I’m at work and a little caffeinated, but still having the same problem. I altered a little bit of other stuff once I got to work, have left the page, etc etc. Those early tickets were probably saved 10-15 draft-saves ago, so it’s definitely not that.

Your site may have an issue with a conflicting plugin then. You could try deactivating all other plugins.

Please also consider updating to the full version of Event Espresso 4, you’ll have access to more features than what’s available with decaf only.
