I made sure to enter the correct App name and private key and tried this multiple times, but I’m getting this message:
Error connecting to Infusionsoft: ERROR: 5 – Didn’t receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request). Please double-check your application name and private key
That message comes directly from Infusionsoft so there may be an issue with the credentials or there could be some extra characters or spacing before or after the credentials (e.g. from copy and paste).
Could you double-check one more time using the setup steps here:
Are you using the exact value for the app name that is shown in the URL?
