Can’t automatically update Event Espresso

I’m getting a notice of an update, and although I have a developer license and only 2 sites using the plugin, I get the following msg (WordPress 3.5.1, recently upgraded,  Event Espresso 3.1.32.P,  MailChimp Int 1.0.4, Mulit-event reg 1.0.4, social media 1.1.4):

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.32.2.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Hi,

There was an incorrect file name in a previous version that might have caused this error. I’ve rest your license key which should allow you to get the downloads. If that doesn’t work let us know.
