cannot upgrade *any* EE plugins

Hello friends – this is a little crazy making. I’ve been unable to update any EE plugins for some time. Despite resets of the support key, I get the same message:

A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Please advise. I’m ready to ditch EE completely.
Running WP 4.8.2 with Executive Pro theme 3.1 (child theme of Genesis)

Hi there,

Can you let me know which plugins you are trying to update? I checked your site and you have 4.9.47 which is the latest version of EE4.

Your current license has access to EE4 core only, as you mentioned plugins in your reply I’m guessing your current license doesn’t have access to the other plugins you are trying to update but lets confirm what is happenings.

If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins, which EE plugins do you have installed and which ones show updates?

Thanks for the reply. In addition to core EE, there are five plugins installed. All of the plugins were installed and functional previously under the same license scheme.

Social Sharing works fine.

Events Table View
Grid View
WP Users
do not.

I checked into this and previously you had the EE4 Everything License which has access to all add-ons.

Your account currently has an EE4 Personal License which only includes access to core.

Do you have another account with EE?

Well that must be the cause. Please PM me with what the upgrade would cost. Surprised that even something as basic as WP intergration is not included.
