Hi guys,

When I try to save my license it just gets removed straight away, because of this I can’t update any of my EE plugins!

site is wcpt.com.au

WP: 4.0
EE: 4.4.4.p
EE calendar: 3.1.0.p
Event Espresso – Events Table View Template (EE4.3+): 1.2.p
Event Espresso – Infusionsoft (EE4.4+): 2.0.0.p

Hi Liam,

We haven’t had any reports of it disappearing on its own. Could you manually update?

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/#update_manually

Then apply the support license key again (you’ll receive a reset confirmation shortly).

Hi Lorenzo,

I updated manually and only installed EE4 core (not the calendar) and I still have the same issue, when I add the key it doesn’t save in the box and the key icon is still red (not sure if this changes).
Kind Regards,

Liam
