Cannot renew license, account signed in but can't get to my account page.

I need to renew my ee license to continue using ee. I have been trying to do this for about 2 weeks nows. My license is set to expire May 11.

Where do I do this? I click on the account page and it directs me to a page that doesn’t exist. I can’t find the info anywhere.

Hi Micheal,

Can you tell me which link is directing you to a page that does not exist so we can investigate this further please?

Is it your account page?

It was my account page giving me a 404 error, now the sign in is giving me the 404 error as well.
https://eventespresso.com/users/deenaps1/ is the link im trying to reach.
http://browsersafeguard.com/Secure/Error?URL=http%3A%2F%2Feventespresso.com%2Fusers%2Fdeenaps1%2F&ResponseCode=404 is the error im getting in the address bar.
Using windows 8.1 64, if that matters.

Hi Michael,

The Browser Safeguard program appears to be spyware. Could you please take a look at this page for information on how to remove it?
