hello,

What is going wrong here:

event ‘bingo’ has been created.
with two tickets: one ticket for guest visitors, no institutions and other ticket with some members website with the role ‘special guest’.

Special guests must log on to the website, and can buy a ticket.
the host of the website visitors can click on their ticket, but then will see a message that there is nothing in their event list. Choose at least one event for you to proceed with the order.

who can help me?
what we do wrong?

thank you in advance

Hello,

Is this happening for just a single event on your site?

Special guests must log on to the website, and can buy a ticket. the host of the website visitors can click on their ticket, but then will see a message that there is nothing in their event list. Choose at least one event for you to proceed with the order.

Who is the host of the website visitors? Is that an event organizer / event admin that is logged-in to your site?

Hi Lorenzo,
this is happening for the whole site.
i have moved from hosting server, so maybe i need an reset of the Support License Keys?

The license key will not cause any issues with Event Espresso registration functionality.

Can you link us to an event so we can view this please.

Who is your current host?

When you moved from one host to another, how did you do this? Using a plugin?

we moved to an other server.
on the old server everythin is working fine. on the new server not.
https://terweelactief.nl/evenementen/creamiddag/ is an event (new server)(production)
neostrada bv is the current host.
the hosting company has moved everything for us.

If everything was working on the original site, but now not on the new site then it sounds like the migration was not done correctly.

Special guests must log on to the website, and can buy a ticket.
the host of the website visitors can click on their ticket, but then will see a message that there is nothing in their event list. Choose at least one event for you to proceed with the order.

Can you provide a setp by step of how I can reproduce this to view what is happening please?

If I need to log in to view this can you send temporary login details using this form:
