Hi, Im using the latest version of Event Espresso v3.1.36.4.P…im trying to export the csv and excel file but it seems like doesn’t work. Is there any solutions for me to fix the problem? Thank you

Hi Hafifi,
I’ve tested the export feature for some events on a demo site and the information was exported.
Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso and re-testing?

Hello Lorenzo,
I have tried disable all plugin and reactivating only espresso plugin. The function still don’t work.
As i highlighted from csv/excel icons it only shows this link

instead of report where grab some

Hi,
The http://rainbowjerseyevents.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events# link is valid and it should kick in some javascript to download the report.
Can you check your browser to make sure javascript is active and also the browser console to make sure there are not javascript errors or conflicts occurring.
In Chrome, you can right click, Inspect Element and then go to the Console link at the top of the window that appears.
