Hello, Here is my information: Please note this is a wordpress multisite, but I have the EE plugin activated on only one subdomain site. Here is a screenshot of my organization settings page I would like to set up to accept Stripe payments and I need to get this upgrade ability worked out first. I looked at downloading and manually installing, but I am concerned about losing any of our forms and events we have already set up so I prefer to do it through the WP dashboard if possible. Thank you. |

Oh, and I forgot to mention, I have tried deactivating all other plugins on the site and it did not help. |

Ah-ha … I just found the caveat about updating Multisite. I will try it that way… I apologize I did not see it sooner. |
Hi Rebecca, It turns out that when Event Espresso is installed on a WordPress multisite network, there are two options for running updates. These are: 1) Network Activated Event Espresso Log in as Network Admin, network activate Event Espresso, and input the Support license key on the main site and/or network site. (Subdomain sites do not display the license key field). 2) Individual site activated Event Espresso Run manual plugin updates. Here’s a link to the documentation on how to run manual updates: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/#update_manually |
