Cannot enter license key: no field for it in General settings?

Hi,
I’m trying to enter my license key, but can’t find the field for it… Downloaded “event-espresso-core-reg” from big blue buttons in My Account on Eventespresso.com, but can’t find field for License Key.

I get it: my key is for EE3. Can i upgrade to ee4?

OK: installed EE3 and found key info.
Delete EE3 plugin and installed EE4
In EE4, no license key field in EE4 in General Settings
How can i install EE4 and use my license key or renew with a new key?

Thanks you: event espresse needs to work by tuesday…so i can enter events info for an upcoming event.

Hi,

Is this a multisite install?

If so, multisite installs not officially supported but you’ll be able to add the support license key on the primary site.
