Hello,

I’ve searched through many of your support pages and still cannot find a solution to displaying an image at the top of an events page (above the tickets). I understand this could be a theme issue. We are using Version 4.9.0.p Can you take a look at our website and give us your analysis? Thank you.

Hi there,

Can you add your license key from your account page (use the key that does not end _FREE) to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> License key field please.

Also can you link us to the page you are looking at so we can take a look?

EE events are custom posts types, so they use your themes template for posts. If the theme does not output the feature image for posts (or only for specific post types) then the feature image will not be displayed and you would need to create a custom template for your theme when display EE Events.

Hello,

Ok, I went ahead and added our license to the license key field. We are currently building a new website and this site will be taken down soon. Can you confirm the license we purchased will be transferrable to our new website?

Here a link: http://auburngrace.com/events/parenting-seminar-2016/

Also, can you point me to a resource where we can learn how to create an automatic discount when customers purchase additional tickets? As you can see, I’ve created 2 types of tickets but it would be better if we offered only the single ticket and if you order 2 (as a couple), you get the $10 discount.

Thanks!

Yes, however when you are read to move the site you will need to remove the license from the development site and request a key reset within your account page (just click request reset next to your key)

Once the key has been reset you can input the key into you live site and it will continue to work as expected.

I had a look over your site and it looks like non of your posts display feature images, so its likely your theme does not output them for posts.

Is this a theme you have developed yourself or purchased?

Currently you can no automatically discount tickets based on the qty selected, at least not in the way you are requesting.

You can create ‘bundle’ tickets:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/

Which allow you to set specific prices for a specific qty of tickets if needed.
